Description

Listed building consent for installation of new timber boards, metal floor plates, high metal railings, laminated glass, balustrades, electrical system conduits, laminated glass infill panels and roof hatch. Replacing all the existing windows, rainwater downpipes and underground drainage. Alterations to the existing engine cylinders, floor boards, redundant timber lifting beam, wrought iron roof trusses bearing ends, roof alterations with roof sheets, fall prevention system wire and posts, front entrance railings and steps, internal and external alterations following asbestos removal.
