Excavation of a new basement level with a front lightwell. Alterations to existing two storey rear extension and side extension including addition of side bay windows. Installation of a juliet balcony on the front roof and double front bay. Creation of a roof terrace on the roof with rear dormer and Juliet balcony to rear. Replacement of all existing windows and front door. Replacement of front gates.
