Details of Lime base mortar submitted pursuant to Condition 11 planning permission P/2022/1186 dated 02/04/2024 for Listed Building Consent for the retention and refurbishment of the Grade ll listed 129-130 High Street, including: the retention and repair of the High Street facade, party walls and second floor; the part-retention of the first floor, with a section to be raised by 320mm to remove an internal step; the re-modelling of the rear elevation in line with the face of the existing outrigger; the retention of the staircase above ground floor level; the retention of internal partitions where possible; The recording, removal, repair and reinforcement of internal partitions where necessary to allow reinstatement at a higher level; the retention of fireplaces, Victorian shopfront, tiled entrance thresholds and chimneys, or careful dismantling and reassembly in their original form where necessary.
