Details of Condition 18a (Contamination) for Phase 1A (Creative Campus), Phase 1b (Learning Hub) and Phase 2A (Volunteer Base) submitted pursuant to planning permission P/2024/0595 dated 06/06/2024 for Demolition of an existing shed, oil tank and part of the existing wall for a new learning hub. Erection of a new building as the volunteer base.
