Description

EIA Screening Opinion in relation to the proposed redevelopment to provide approximately 400 co-living rooms in the existing Tower building with associated internal and external amenity areas and associated external works to the existing building, approximately 25 (Class C3) affordable housing apartments in proposed nine storey annex building; and approximately 600sqm of (Class E) co-working space at ground and first floor levels in the existing Tower building providing a complimentary offer to the co-living facilities, with associated landscaping, parking and public realm.
