Planning obligation to discharge Schedule 1, Part 9, Clause 9.3 (Architect Retention Evidence) of the S106 Legal Agreement of planning permission P/2022/2424 (01137/E/P82) dated 14/11/2023 in line with the requirements of the S106 Legal Agreement for the demolition of existing buildings and structures and the erection of a five storey Ambulatory Diagnostic Centre including plant enclosure, associated vehicular and cycle parking, landscaping, and associated infrastructure.
