Planning obligations to confirm payment of the Construction Training Contribution as required by Schedule 1, Part 2.3 of the S106 Legal Agreement of planning permission P/2022/2424 (01137/E/P82) dated 14/11/2023 in line with the requirements of the S106 Legal Agreement for the demolition of existing buildings and structures and the erection of a five storey Ambulatory Diagnostic Centre including plant enclosure, associated vehicular and cycle parking, landscaping, and associated infrastructure.
