Description

Conversion and refurbishment of existing welfare areas located in the northern and southern ends of the 19th Century warehouse building. The existing facilities are in a tired and dated condition and poorly configured by modern standards. The proposals include layout alterations including removing blockwork walls, partitions, forming openings and installing new partitions and walls to form the new layout as indicated on the drawings. Fit out works include renewing the existing sanitation, kitchen/breakout and locker room installations, providing showers as well as redecorations and new floor finishes. The proposals include all necessary electrical, mechanical and plumbing works including installing a new manhole and connections to the existing below ground drainage system.
