Removal of condition 1 (time constraint) and variation of conditions 4 (hours of operation) to allow hours to change to 8:00am instead of 10:00am, 22 (period of permission) to allow the use over five years and 23 (length of time) to allow the marquee to be used April to November of planning permission 00176/E/P43 approved 09/04/2021 for the variation of conditions 4 (hours of operation) to allow the marquee to be used from 10am rather than midday, 13 (playing of music) to allow playing of music until 11.59pm, 23 (length of time) to increase duration from 6 months to 8 months between March and October and 1 month between November and January (as is currently), 24 (number of events) to allow the increase the number of major events from 3 to 4 on the rear lawn.
