Description

Variation of Section 106 agreement of planning permission 00439/61/P2 dated 29/11/2019 of paragraph 7.13 of schedule 1 should be replaced to read as - Paragraph 7.13 of Schedule 1 shall be deleted and replaced with the following. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of paragraph 7.13(a), 7.13(b) and 7.13(c) remain the same: 7.13 The provisions of paragraph 7.1, 7.3 and 7.6 of this Schedule 1 shall not be binding on a Chargee PROVIDED THAT the Chargee follows the procedure in this paragraph 7.13 to 7.19 inclusive: Paragraph 7.18 of Schedule 1 shall be amended so that reference to "paragraph 7.1 of this Schedule 1" shall instead read "paragraph 7.1, 7.3 and 7.6 of this Schedule 1".
