Description

Erection of an additional storey and glass ridge rooflight. Glass balustrades to the attic storey. Amendments to the fenestration to upgrade the existing windows to double glazing, and replace two existing sash windows with three pairs of french doors. Electric vehicle lift to extend the excavated garden to provide concealed parking for electric vehicles, bikes and tool area. New layer of insulation and additional wall thickness to the existing wall to provide insulation with an external London stock brick slips. Replacement of the front garden wall with brick wall. Replacement garden wall, including a wider vehicle gate and pedestrian gate. Move forward the existing porch.
