Variation of S106 agreement of planning permission 00439/61/P2 dated 29/11/2019 of paragraph 7.13 of schedule 1 should be deleted and replaced with the following: -The provision of paragraph 7.1, 7.3 and 7:6 of this this schedule 1 shall not be binding on a chargee Provided that chargee follows the procedure in this paragraph 7.13 to 7.19 Inclusive. - Paragraph 7.18 of schedule 1 should be amended so that the reference to "paragraph 7:1 of this schedule 1! Shall instead read "paragraph 7.1, 7.3 and 7.3 and 7.6 of this schedule 1"
