The proposed Non-Material Amendments are to: To replace the approved gabled roof design with an alternative gabled roof profile, removing the front roof canopy and pillars but retaining matching maximum roof ridge and roof eaves heights. To clad the front, side and rear elevations of the house with replacement white painted rendering. To replace the two approved front windows with alternative window designs (with mullion glazing bars), heights and positions. To replace the approved glazed single front door with a non-glazed alternative front door design with a narrow floor to ceiling window adjonining to its northern side. To install one front and one aligned rear roof light, with matching set ins from both side roof eaves. To replace approved rear window with two high level obscure glazed rear windows, positioned at 1.88 metres above internal floor level.
