Details of Condition 38 (Materials) submitted pursuant of planning application 00297/R/P11 dated 23/03/2016 for Outline planning permission for the demolition of all existing buildings and structures and the part reconstruction of an existing overhanging warehouse building and the erection of seven buildings (A1/A2, B1/B2, C and D1/D2/D3/D4/D5/D6) ranging in height from 5 to 10 storeys comprising a maximum overall floorspace of up to 49,250sqm (GEA).
