Non material amendment for Development on site will occur in the form of a phased development as set out below: The construction shall be sequenced and programmed in two phases: Phase 1 Blocks A1, A2 and B Phase 2 Block C All condition trigger points of relevance to Phase 1 to be adhered to prior to the relevant stage of development and/or occupation taking place on site. All condition trigger points of relevance to Phase 2 to be adhered to prior to the relevant stage of development and/or occupation taking place on site. This condition does not prevent the construction periods of phases from running concurrently
