Non material amendment for Change of wording to condition 14 to change execution to pre-occupation. Currently shown as 14. Prior to the commencement of above ground works the developer shall have entered into a binding agreement to secure the provision on the adjacent highway of two Active Electric Vehicle Charging Points each capable of a minimum output of 7.2kW and the details so agreed shall be provided. Full details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall include the number, location and manufacturer's specifications. The charging points shall be installed and available for use before the development is first occupied in accordance with the approved details and so maintained at all times thereafter. Reason: In order to promote sustainable modes of transport. Change to: 14.
