Description

Non material amendment for Change of wording to condition 13 to change execution to pre-occupation. Currently shown as 13. Prior to the commencement of above ground works the developer shall have entered into a binding agreement to secure the provision on the adjacent highway of the three parking spaces shown on the approved drawings and the spaces provided before the development is first occupied. This provision shall be made permanently available for disabled drivers and shall be used for no other purpose. Reason: To ensure that there are adequate servicing facilities within the site in the interests of highway safety. Change to: 13.
