Non material amendment for Change of wording to Condition 15 to change to pre-occupation. 15. Prior to the commencement of above ground works, full details of the two Active Electric Vehicle Charging Points, each capable of a minimum output of 7.2kW, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall include the number, location and manufacturer's specifications. The charging points shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and so maintained at all times thereafter. Reason: In order to promote sustainable modes of transport. Change to: 15.
