Non material amendment Variation of the s106 Agreement dated 29 November 2019 and made between (1) The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Hounslow, (2) Garnet Nichols and Albert Thomas Botton Jones and (3) Howarth Homes PLC pursuant to permission reference 00439/61/P2. The variation would be: ??? Paragraph 7.13 of Schedule 1 shall be deleted and replaced with the following. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of paragraph 7.13(a), 7.13(b) and 7.13(c) remain the same: 7.13 The provisions of paragraph 7.1, 7.3 and 7.6 of this Schedule 1 shall not be binding on a Chargee PROVIDED THAT the Chargee follows the procedure in this paragraph 7.13 to 7.19 inclusive: ??? Paragraph 7.18 of Schedule 1 shall be amended so that reference to "paragraph 7.1 of this Schedule 1" shall instead read "paragraph 7.1, 7.3 and 7.6 of this Schedule 1".
