Non material amendments following planning permission 00981/AI/P3 dated 18/02/2020 to amend the wording of condition 19 (BREEAM) to: "Within six months of works completing on site, a BREEAM Shell and Core Design Stage certificate and summary score sheet (or such equivalent standard that replaces this) shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority to show that a Very Good (minimum score 55%) rating has been achieved. Within 6 months of practical completion of the commercial floorspace hereby approved, a BREEAM Shell and Core Post- Construction Review summary score sheet (or such equivalent standard that replaces this) shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority to show that a Very Good (minimum score 55%) rating has been achieved. Within 18 months of issue of the summary score sheet, a Post Construction Stage Review Certificate should be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. Within six months of the fit out works starting on site the commercial floorspace a BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-Out (Parts 3 & 4) Design Stage certificate and summary score sheet (or such equivalent standard that replaces this) must be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority to show that a Very Good (minimum score 55%) rating has been achieved. Within 12 months of occupation of the commercial floorspace a BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-Out (Parts 3&4) Post- Construction Review certificate and summary score sheet (or such equivalent standard that replaces this) must be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority to show that a Very Good (minimum score 55%) rating has been achieved."
