Details of Condition 4 (Mortar Mix and Pointing) submitted pursuant of planning permission 00074/C/P13 dated 04/11/2021 for the refurbishment, alteration and partial internal reconfiguration of the building to create additional office floor space, installation of replacement non-original windows at various levels, removal of steel roller shutters at ground floor, installation of full length glazed panels and replacement of main entrance door. Additional external alterations include the extension of the lift overrun to enable lift access at all levels of the building, installation of new roof lights at fourth floor level and roof level plant and PV panels including a reconfigured roof terrace
