Details of condition 3 (Mortar Mix and Pointing) submitted pursuant to planning permission 00074/C/L12 approved 03/11/2021 for the listed building consent for refurbishment, alteration and partial internal reconfiguration of the building to create additional office floor space, comprising works to the external facade including cleaning, repair, repointing and replacement of brick work and stone dressing, installation of replacement non-original windows at various levels and removal of steel roller shutters at ground floor and installation of full length glazed panels and replacement main entrance door. Additional external alterations include the extension of the lift overrun to enable lift access at all levels of the building, installation of new roof lights at fourth floor level, and roof level plant and PV panels including a reconfigured roof terrace.
