Variation of Condition 3 (approved plans) to amend the approved Parameter Plan including minor variation to the Development Zone 1B boundary to increase the landscaping buffer, amend the building height restrictions in Development Zone 1A and the finished floor levels in Development Zone 1C and variation of Condition 12 (plant and barriers) to allow building flues up to 1 meter above the maximum building height of planning permission 5/2022/2966 dated 03/01/2024 for the demolition of existing buildings and the development of 7.57ha to provide flexible commercial/employment space falling within either Class B8 (Storage and Distribution) or a data centre and strategic landscaping with matters of access, layout, scale, appearance and other landscaping reserved (Adjacent Authority application).
