Description

Forestry works to be carried out in woodland compartment 13 and 14 in autumn/winter 2025/26 according to a Forestry Commission approved management plan. Specific details of work to be carried out are: 1. Compartment 13. 1.4. Very light thinning programme (overall thinning 10%) to remove dead and severely suppressed trees. Species to be thinned ASH and CHERRY. 1.5. Estimated volume to be felled 5m3.2. Compartment 14. 2.4. Thin ASH away from electricity pylon, to the northeast of the compartment by approximately 20%. 2.7. Estimated volume to be felled 5m3
