Crown lift raise the lower branches to a height of 3-4m from ground level.Removal of Deadwood: Remove any dead, diseased, or broken branches from the trees to ensure safety and reduce the risk of falling debris.General Maintenance Pruning: Ensure all cuts are clean and in accordance with best arboricultural practices, keeping the trees healthy while reducing the risk of overgrowth in the future.Additional Information in Support of Application:The two trees in question have grown significantly over time and are now causing multiple issues that impact the safety, accessibility, and quality of life at the property:Overgrown Structure: The trees have outgrown the available space, extending branches and roots beyond reasonable limits, which is not only unsightly but also creates an overbearing presence.Obstruction of Light: The canopy of the trees is obstructing a significant amount of natural light from entering the property, particularly affecting rooms facing the trees. This lack of light reduces the livability and comfort inside the house.Access and Safety Concerns: The overgrowth is hindering safe access in and out of the driveway.
