T1. Norway Maple (Acer platanoides) This tree has a very poor union at around 0.5 meters above ground level, also it is growing close to the boundary wall so it is not suitable for long term retention. T2. Norway Maple (Acer platanoides) is touching the boundary wall ( which is leaning towards the pavement already) and will cause damage. To remove both trees and replace with two more ornate Acers slightly further into the spacious garden away from the wall.
