Horse chesnut tree. To cut it down to ground level. It has quite alot of die back and being adjacent to the A466 it poses a danger to vehicles and people. It was marked for felling by themselves due to the danger it poses but they then declined to proceed due to the TPO, which i now want removed to allow me to proceed.
