Willow appears diseased and has rotting to main trunk following a limb shearing approximately 4 years ago. Following council advice a reduction to boughs where disease was evident took place 3 years ago. New growth is not evident at this time (mid March) which is concerningas the main trunk leans towards a neighbours property.
