Reason - crown is in poor condition with extensive dieback and large dead wood through canopy. Short life expectancy. T3 - Large Holly at rear of garage, fell to as near groundlevel as possible. Reason - lower canopy encroaching on roof of building and in close proximity to gable of building. Tree has outgrown situation. Poor long-term position.
