Hawthorn tree (Crataegus monogyna) approx 3.5m in height which has self-seeded from the hedgerow and has not been maintained over the years. It is now out of scale with its setting, growing directly through a plum tree within the neighbouring garden (no.29) and adversely affecting the hedge and nearby boundary. Removal will allow the hedge to be restored and maintained appropriately.
