T1; Oak - approx. 60ft in height, it has a potential lean on it accross the moat. Possibility of blowing over and causing damage to house.Requires reduction of 25-30% of crown could go more if allowed. T2; Horse Chestnut - same height, larger foliage. Large inclusion in first fork at about 6ft above ground level. Needs a reduction of 30% to relieve weight pressure on inclusion to reduce risk of failing and damage to property. T3; Oak - approx. 70ft in height. If it would failit would most definitely hit the house. It may not survive a pollard so recommend removal. T4; Group of 30ft Ash trees suffering with ash dieback ,also requires removal of 3/4 stems.
