Description

Application to fell a Scots Pine. My arborist estimates it to be 35 feet tall (taller than the house, see photos) and could double in sizefrom here. It has outgrown the site, being less than 6 feet from the house. It has been snow damaged (see photos) and some of the lower branches are held in place by ropes. It sways alarmingly in strong winds. My insurers are becoming concerned at its proximity to the property. If it were to topple over it could fall onto my neighbour's property at 92 Bearcroft. Both neighbours have said they would be veryhappy to see the tree removed. No other trees to be affected.
