Proposed non-material amendment to planning permission 211155 (Proposed construction of 24 homes, open space, landscaping, off site path and associated works)- Varying condition 3 by seeking to amend the first paragraph of this condition to read: Except for the construction of the footpath link shown on drawing DWG phl-02 Rev B and the Construction of the site entrance Road shown on drawing DWG PHL – 101 Rev E, prior to the commencement of construction, the following shall be submitted to the local planning authority for their written approval.
