Description

Proposed works for the creation a peripheral drain to existing concrete slab and DPM in the cellar, install integrated Newton lath membrane over this and up the walls, to allow ground water to move freely behind this. Install sump to remove ground water from behind Newton lath membrane. Improve external access steps to NW elevation toallow safer access and replace uPVC rainwater goods with traditional cast iron pattern painted aluminium.
