T1 - Large Oak situated in rear garden, reduce large side stem extending towards property to the south by one third by reducing in length by 2 metres to approximately 12 metres by thinning and shortening outer canopy, reducing weight but maintaining flowing branch line and pleasing appearance. Two low medium sized branches extending towards property, remove back to the main parent junction. Remove major dead wood from throughout crown and check upper canopy for any broken or fractured branches. Reason - encroaching on property.
