Description

T1 & T2 both in poor condition and are heavily weighted towards both the existing building and the proposed extension, for which building is underway. Currently the two trees stand at 20 meters from ground height and both trees have limbs overhanging the property side, leaving them vulnerable to break and fall towards the commercial properties. They are also vulnerable due to the steep bank they are situated on. We propose to pollard both trees to 50% of their existingheight (10m above ground level), to the existing fork on the trees reducing the weight of the crown.
