Description

Proposal to restore the cottage - works include internal re- arrangement of rooms and make the cellar a habitable space. Works also include replacement windows and rooflights, a new rooflight. Wallfinishes throughout will be a mix of insulating lime render, and panelling with breathable insulation. Floors will be existing wood with high traffic/use areas in stone and tiles. Outside toilet will become the boiler room for new gas boiler and megaflow tank. Replace external render and either re-lime render or repoint the stone. Replace roof covering with new slate lined with breathable insulation.
