Description

The proposed works consist of internal timber repair works to existing defective timbers to floor joists and 1 timber partition wallaffected by dry/wet rot outbreak to selected timbers as per dampcures report. Repair works and re-leading works of the existing defective valley gutter centrally to the main building allow for re-forming valley gutter in new lead work and forming internal gutter pipework serving existing valley. Also additional lime plaster works to internal ceilings along with washer restraint system to bedroom 4 ceiling.
