Description

The tree is a Sycamore with branches that on the north aspect spread to about 6m over the roof of No.4, Chase Mews. The branches are causing damage, breaking tiles, and to the fascia and guttering. The intention is to remove the branches on that side to prevent contact with the roof. Ultimately seeking authority to remove the tree as causing damage to retaining wall with the root system. At a later dateto remove the 2 Sycamore trees numbered (1) and (2) plus the Yew tree (3) and replace with bushes, for example, Rhododendrons.
