Non-material amendment to permission APP/W1850/W/21/3270819 (The proposed erection of seven dwellings with garages and associated development – LPA Ref 192765)- Amendements to 586-02-B Plots 3&2 moved225mm to the right to allow a brick retaining wall between plots 3 and4, Floor levels revised, House types – cladding confirmed as black stained softwood, Plot 3 West gable, Plot 4 East gable, Plot 6 North gable façades treatment revised due to fire spread regulations. All private driveways changed to permeable tarmac. Low level retaining walls are required between some plots due to ground levels and boundary fence position revised between plots 5&6.
