Proposed works to basement to prevent ingress of water – replacement of sump and dry-lining to walls. Construction of a small brickwork upstand to isolate the steps down to the hatch. Check previously installed floor slab of approximately 20 years to ensure waterproof membrane has been installed underneath. If not then it is to be replaced.
