Description

T1; leylandii - 80 ft, very large in diameter, multiple stems and a flat side that could let the wind in and cause multiple stem failure. If it were to fail it could breach the property and main road. Recommend 60% reduction to benefit the safety of the tree, road, care home and public. Leaving the 40% would provide privacy for care home and adjacent houses. T2; Maple/Acer, showing signs of decay, some dead branches removed last year. This year it has produced more dead and is looking very poorly, the bark is cracking all over the tree. Remove the tree.
