Description

External works to repair, replace and/or remove cementitious render. Any new render will be non-hydraulic lime-based render and if render is removed, stonework will be repointed with suitable mortar. Repoint sections of chimneys with suitable mortar. Repairs to various windows, to include timber cills where required. If the state of any of the windows merits replacement rather than repair, the replacement materials and designs will be appropriate to the character of the building.
