Proposed works to T1 Taxus baccata (Yew) -this is a very old Yew tree that is in reasonably good health despite heavy pruning and even some root severance at varying stages of its life. It is in overhanging thebuilding and even touching the roof in places so the applicant requires consent to carry out some very minor pruning to just give around 1.5-2 meters of clearance to the building.
