Description

T1 Picea abies (Norway Spruce) T2 Chamaecyparis lawsoniana (Lawsons Cypress) have far outgrown their location, casting excessive shade in both their own garden and the neighbouring garden, preventing anything(including grass) growing beneath them. The Spruce the surface roots are a trip hazard and have made mowing difficult and their close proximity to the properties is causing concern for both the applicant and her neighbour, particularly in light of the recent collapse of a tree of a silmilar size at the bottom of their garden - causing damageto both of their gardens. The applicant wishes to remove both trees and replace with a Yew tree and several fruit trees.
