FIVE DAY NOTICE - Proposed works to T1 Horse Chestnut. Repollard. Recent limb breakout has left considerable weight on east side near neighbouring property Berry Brow. Tree is now unbalanced. Reason forbreakout unknown but at pollard point in lapsed pollard. Risk of other limb breakout as pollard is long overdue. Stem bleed also on north side of trunk at 1 metre. Repollard at previous pollard point to extend life of tree and remove risk of more breakouts.
