Description

Weeping willow to front of property indicated at 4 on site plan. Crown reduction is desired by approx 3 feet to each of the main branches to reduce the weight from branches on the main trunk. The tree is diseased as can be clearly seen from the included photographs and one branch recently fell /sheared from main trunk. The weight of this branch falling on a person would have undoubtedly resulted in serious injury or death. Whilst it could be argued the tree is unsafe and requires felling, it is felt the crown reduction would eliminate further risk of injury to the property owners and neighbours at no. 26and extend the life of the tree.
