Description

Four trees to the front of the property are subject to TPO 40/88. They are T1 Prunus. T2 Ash. T3 Ash and G1 (a) Thuja ( 1 of group of 3). FELL all trees mentioned above to ground level and remove stumps. All are diseased and/or have structural faults. They are adjacent to a public footpath and road. All present a risk to public safety. All felled trees will be replaced on a one for one basis within the property boundary. Not necessarily in the same position/location as the removed trees. Proposed building works are to take place at the property, and full replanting details, including size, species choice and number of trees, will be incorporated in the planning application pertaining to the proposed building works. Replanting will be carried out in the first planting season after the completion of the building works.
