Description

There are 10 subject trees and 1 group. None of these trees are of A (high) value, 2 trees and 1 group of B (moderate) value, 5 trees of C (low) value, and 3 trees of U (unsuitable for retention) value. Five trees are to be removed as part of the proposal. Three of these are recommended for removal irrespective of development proposals. The trees are protected by TPO/11/85. Tree protection measures have been specified which are achievable and sufficient to protect trees during the proposed works. In my opinion the proposed development is achievable in both arboricultural terms and in relation to planning policy as it applies to trees.
