Request for an EIA Scoping opinion regarding a new data centre (East Havering Data Centre Campus) plus associated external plant security, indoor horticulture facilities, green energy initiative (including hydrogen fuel cell energy generation, battery storage and district heating energy centres), visitor centre and electrical substations and distribution infrastructure including new access roads, civil engineering works, hard and soft landscaping, formation of associated parkland/enhanced biodiversity habitat at North Ockendon, Havering, Greater London.
